A $700,000 dredging project in the King's Point area is complete. After the final public hearing, Tuesday the Bay County commissionapproves the amount the homeowners will pay. 
Since spring break, Bay County and Panama City Beach Commissioners has discussed enhancing the rules for companies who rent out scooter. Bay County planned to wait until Panama City Beach determined their rules before making any changes to the county ordinance.
